Week of the Young Child highlights needs of young children. Young children need high-quality early learning experiences that will prepare them for life. To celebrate people them for life. To celebrate people that provide young children with a great start in our community, Beaufort/Hyde Partnership for Children's Child Connections agency will sponsor events including children's artwork display, Cuddle Up with a Good Book day and a children's parade through Downtown Washington.
