PHASED OPENING OF BUSINESSES:
Citing numbers for the metrics measuring COVID-19, on Tuesday, October 21, Governor Roy Cooper announced that the state will remain “paused” in the current phase for three weeks. The Phase 3 extension order, will take effect on Friday, October 23, at 5 PM. The Phase 3 order will remain in effect until Friday, November 13. View details of North Carolina’s phased opening HERE.
